Nice central location, good value!

clean towels daily cleaning central location
The location was indeed amazing. Staff cleaned every day and made sure we has clean towels and beds made. I stayed five nights and every day they cleaned including Christmas day. The guesthouse was very clean, and I found it a great value for central location.
The lack of elevator was a bit inconvenient, as I had to carry my bags up four flights of stairs. This could be challenging with heavy luggage.
Service
9/10
I experienced a friendly and helpful service. The staff was very kind and always willing to help you and find a solution. Communication was super easy with the staff.
Location
10/10
The guesthouse has a very good location. It is very close to the main attractions in the city. It is easy to walk to many places from here. Urban transportation is really near.
Dining

I found coffee available around the corner. There is access to the kitchen in the hotel. The shared space was nice for fixing a quick breakfast. This helped me a lot .

central location clean room small bathroom cold water
The location was very central. It made exploring the city very easy. I also found the room was clean, and I got fresh towels every day, which I appreciated.
The shower water was not very warm, unfortunately, and the bathroom felt too small. Climbing the stairs to the room was difficult since there was no elevator.

great location clean room noisy machine cold room
the location IS great, i could walk to any attraction fast. the room was clean every day, they even made my bed and folded my pajamas.
the washing machine was next to my room, and it was VERY noisy all day. also, the kitchen window was always open because of a bad latch, so the rooms was cold.

central stay

central location convenient kitchen
I found the location ideal for exploring. the room was clean and well-kept upon arrival. i appreciated the convenient kitchen facilities. I could prepare meals easily (it saved on dining costs). the staff was helpful with directions.
the walls seemed thin, so noise from the hallway was noticeable. i could hear other guests coming and going at various hours. this sometimes disrupted my sleep.
Facilities
8/10
the guesthouse has a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. basic cookware and utensils are available for guest use. there is also a common area with a tv.
Dining
9/10
the guesthouse does not have an on-site restaurant (however, the shared kitchen is available for meal preparation). several restaurants and cafes are located within a short walk. i noticed a small market nearby too.
Location
10/10
the guesthouse is situated in the heart of the city. public transport options, like the metro, are a short walk away. major attractions are easily accessible from this location.
Rooms

my double room included air conditioning and free wifi. the room had fresh towels and simple furnishings. the bed was comfortable enough (i slept well after long days).

location good but some issues

thin walls temperamental shower
the walls must be made of paper, because i heard every single conversation in the hallway. it was like i was part of their family. also, the shower, it had a mind of its own. the temperature swung wildly, i was either being scalded or freezing. it was a gamble every time i turned it on.
